Carolina FiberFest Group Demonstrations

All groups that will be demonstrating at CFF should.complete this form to place your demonstration in our program and to reserve tables and chairs.
Forms and payment (for extra tables and chairs) must be received by March 1, 2027.
Carolina FiberFest wants to partner with guilds and groups to provide awesome fiber arts demonstrations at the festival. One of our primary missions is to educate the public and provide a venue for the public to interact with the fiber arts world. We want to sow seeds for future generations of fiber artists.

We will provide demo booth space at no charge (as space permits) to fiber arts guilds and groups. Demonstration space is limited so please submit your request early.

This area is a big draw for festival attendees and we would like to keep all demonstration booths staffed both days Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. Priority will be given to groups that can demonstrate both days. If your group can only demonstrate one day or a partial day, you can request to be paired with another group to fill the slot.

Special Demonstrations (& times) you would like featured in program (as space permits):
CFF will provide entry wrist bands for volunteers. Please list your volunteers and their work shift so the check in desk will be able to confirm and issue the wristbands.
CFF will provide 1 table and 3 chairs per demonstration space which is typically 10' x 10'. Additional tables and chairs can be requested at a cost of $10 per table and $3 per chair (includes use both days). You are welcome to bring your own tables and chairs, but please set them up during the set up time on Wednesday & Thursday or before the festival starts on Friday or Saturday mornings.
Groups can setup demo spaces on:

Wednesday March 17, 2027 from 1 pm to 5 pm,

Thursday March 18, 2027 from 9 am to 7 pm,

Friday March 19, 2027 from 7 am to 9 am or

Saturday March 20, 2027 from 7 am to 9 am.
