    Lift Club is a semi-private strength coaching program designed to help you build confidence, improve technique, and get stronger over time.

    With a maximum of four people per group, you'll follow a structured program focused on the squat, bench press, and deadlift while receiving individual coaching and personalised progressions.

    Build a strong foundation, learn proper lifting technique, and develop confidence under the bar in a supportive coaching environment.

    Whether you're new to strength training or looking to refine your skills, Lift Club provides the structure, accountability, and guidance to help you become stronger for life.
