MCCPTA Membership Dues Form

Use this form to pay your unit's MCCPTA membership dues ($1/member) electronically. You can pay dues via debit or credit card or ACH transfer from your PTA's checking account. MCCPTA dues are required for continuing PTA affiliation and to participate in Delegate Assembly voting.

Please make your first dues payment by October 31. Please remit all 2026-27 membership dues by June 15, 2027. During the intervening period, make payments as you wish but please consider waiting until you are paying for at least 5 members (to reduce processing fees paid by MCCPTA).

All Montgomery County PTAs are required to pay MCCPTA dues ($1/member) as well as Free State PTA dues ($5.25/member), part of which is remitted to National PTA. Free State PTA dues are paid separately, either via your Givebacks account or by completing this form and mailing in your payment.
