Before you fill out the form, please make sure your submission complies with our official rules:

Group Size: Minimum of 2 people or more per group piece.
Participation Limit: To keep competition fair and schedules manageable, each individual dancer can only participate in a maximum of 2 pieces total across the entire competition.
One Form Per Group: If you are submitting on behalf of a group, only one representative needs to fill out this form for the team.

📅 Deadline: Registration closes strictly on August 22, 2026 (8/22) at 11:59 PM. Late entries will not be processed.
