Supervisor Terms and Conditions

As a supervisor, I acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

I understand that I must not yell at, intimidate or speak aggressively to any student, including my own child or children.

I understand that inappropriate comments are not permitted, including comments regarding a student’s body, weight, appearance or physical development.

I understand that students must not be undressed backstage and must wear a suitable base layer, such as a skin-coloured leotard or appropriate undergarments, beneath their costumes.

I understand that I must not assist with dressing or costume changes for any student who is not wearing a skin-coloured leotard or another suitable base layer.
I understand that students must remain within the designated secure holding area and must not leave this area without an authorised member of Groove Dance and Cheerleading staff.

I understand that a member of Groove Dance and Cheerleading’s teaching staff will individually sign students out to their parent or authorised guardian.
I understand that I do not have the authority to release any student from the holding area or allow any student to leave with another person.

I understand that all communication with parents, students and family members regarding student collection, behaviour, costumes or event arrangements must be directed through an authorised Groove Dance and Cheerleading staff member.

I agree to follow all instructions provided by Groove Dance and Cheerleading staff and to conduct myself professionally, respectfully and appropriately at all times.

 

By accepting the role of supervisor, I confirm that I have read, understood and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
