Understanding your organisation's behavioural profile for digital transformation
  • About this tool

  • This assessment helps you identify the behavioural profile of your organisation as it relates to digital transformation. Rather than rating your organisation on a scale from low to high, the tool identifies which of four organisational archetypes best describes how your organisation currently approaches change, learning, and decision-making.

There are no right or wrong answers. The process of working through the questions is itself valuable — it surfaces assumptions about how your organisation behaves that are often unstated.

Tip: This assessment is most useful when completed by two or three senior leaders independently, then discussed together. Differences in responses often reveal the most valuable insights.
