- Please provide as much detail as possible so to help us determining availability.
- We will endeavour to accommodate your preferred days and times where possible. To assist with scheduling, we may offer up to two suitable appointment options.
- Telehealth care may require at least the first and/or final consultation to be conducted in person to allow for appropriate assessment and clinical review. Interim in-person appointments may also be recommended where clinically appropriate.
- Home visit appointments are subject to clinical suitability and clinician availability.
- If your enquiry is accepted, you will receive confirmation along with instructions to prepare for your telehealth or home visit appointment.
