    This cohort is built for people who struggle with executive functioning — the invisible tasks of planning, organizing, follow-through, and managing the feelings that come with it. Check the areas where you struggle most.

    The Greenhouse takes a trauma-informed approach. This helps us understand your nervous system and how it shows up in your ADHD.
