I hereby release and hold harmless ProEdge Summer League, ProEdge Basketball, Priority1 Athletics, the school, league staff, coaches, officials, sponsors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in league activities.

I also grant permission for ProEdge Summer League and its media partners to use photographs, videos, and promotional content featuring me for marketing and promotional purposes.
