The Construction Mental Health and Wellbeing Convention is seeking dynamic, inspiring, and engaging keynote speakers for the 6th Annual Conference.

Keynotes are intended to bring thought-provoking, high-impact messages aligned with our 2027 theme: “Building New Horizons for Today's and Tomorrow's Workforce.” Keynote sessions will be 30-45 minutes and should spark reflection, challenge the status quo, and energize attendees to take action. The conference is able to provide up to four paid keynote honoraria, one opening and closing keynote for each day (2 full days total).

We are seeking individuals who bring personal insight, visionary leadership, and/or cutting-edge work in the fields of mental health, workplace culture, suicide prevention, recovery, or related disciplines - particularly within or adjacent to the construction industry.

Keynote Requirements:

Evaluation Criteria

Keynote proposals will be evaluated based on:

Evidence informed actionable steps or challenge to the field (30%)
Storytelling, vision, and inspiring emotional impact (20%)
Incorporation of lived experience and/or innovative insight (20%)
Relevance and alignment with the conference theme (10%)
Speaker's public speaking experience and presentation skills (10%)
Representation of diverse backgrounds and voices (10%)
