Sponsorship Terms & Conditions Agreement
Hosted by Ripple Waters Communication LLC
By submitting this sponsorship application, the Sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Sponsorship Commitment
Submission of this form constitutes a request to participate as a sponsor of the Making Waves Industry Mixer hosted by Ripple Waters Communication LLC. Sponsorship opportunities are subject to approval and availability.
2. Payment Terms
Sponsorship benefits will not be activated until payment has been received in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Sponsorship fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Ripple Waters Communication LLC.
3. Marketing Materials
Sponsors are responsible for providing all logos, advertisements, promotional materials, and other requested assets by the deadlines established by Ripple Waters Communication LLC.
Failure to provide materials by the specified deadline may result in reduced promotional opportunities, and no refunds will be issued.
4. Use of Sponsor Name and Logo
The Sponsor grants Ripple Waters Communication LLC permission to use the Sponsor's name, logo, trademarks, and approved marketing materials for promotional purposes related to the Making Waves Industry Mixer.
5. Event Participation
Sponsors participating in person agree to:
Conduct themselves professionally.
Comply with all venue rules and regulations.
Ensure all displays, giveaways, and promotional materials are appropriate for the event audience.
Ripple Waters Communication LLC reserves the right to remove any materials deemed offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with the event's mission.
6. Sponsorship Benefits
Sponsorship benefits will be provided according to the sponsorship level selected and outlined in the official sponsorship packet.
Ripple Waters Communication LLC reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions of benefits when necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
7. Event Changes
Ripple Waters Communication LLC reserves the right to modify the event schedule, format, speakers, venue, or programming as necessary.
Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
8. Photography and Media Release
Sponsors acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.
The Sponsor grants Ripple Waters Communication LLC permission to use photographs, video, and related media featuring Sponsor representatives for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without additional compensation.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ripple Waters Communication LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the event.
10. Indemnification
The Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Ripple Waters Communication LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the Sponsor's participation in the event.
