    Research Plan and Methods: approximately two pages (or more), including data sources, measures, and an analysis plan.
  - Budget:
    
    An itemized budget of up to $175,000.
    
    A budget justification, describing and justifying each budget item.
  - Timeline and Milestones: up to 15 months, including quantifiable milestones.
  - Biosketch(es): PI and co-investigators, following NIH format.
  - Other Pending and Funded Proposals: with overlap noted.
  - Appendices: essential supporting information only, such as survey instruments, interview guides, or letters of support.
