Due to limited access to electricity, all food trucks must plan to operate using a generator. Please do not apply for an electric booth. Thank you for your understanding!

NOTE: We are no longer accepting non-alcoholic drink exclusive vendors. Vendors that sell a mix of food and drinks will still be considered.

Anyone setting up exclusively for the festival (schools, churches, organizations, banks etc.) are eligible for a 1 day a year exemption for a food permit. This DOES NOT apply to temporary food vendors that will be participating in multiple temporary events this year. * For further questions regarding food - please contact Megan Tackett at the Gateway District Health Department (606) 743-5764 or by email at megans.tackett@ky.gov or visit her Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 10 a.m. at 730 West Main St. Morehead. After we receive and review your application, a copy of the Rowan County Health Department's Guidelines for Food Booths/Concessions will be emailed to you.
