I'm an Independent Texan. I vote for the person, not the party. That is why, regardless of whether I did or did not vote in the primaries, I want more choices on the ballot, and I want to see Mike Collier placed on the 2026 ballot for Lieutenant Governor.
Texas law forces independent statewide candidates to gather 81,030 signatures in just 30 days from voters who didn’t vote in a primary. This requirement isn't just unfair, it is impossible without "big money." Mike is in federal court right now asking for reasonable ballot access rules.
