Upper Main Mall. Wednesday September 9 from 11am - 2pm.
What is Community Fair?

It's an opportunity to welcome new students to campus and let them know what they can get involved with!

How does it Work?
- We will provide a table, chairs, and a stamp so you can stamp the Fair passports.
- Fair attendees will be given a small card passport that they will be trying to fill for prizes by talking and engaging with booths.
- You will be given a small stamp and will be expected to stamp these passports after students have engaged with your booth.

So we can request an appropriate number of chairs
Do you require any assistance?
We cannot guarantee anything but we will do our very best to accommodate you.
Upload any 8.5 x 11 promo material you would like us to print out for you.

This can be anything from a couple posters to some mini zines! Your group will be responsible for folding the zines.

Can't make it in person? Email the Vice President of Student Life at studentlife.sa@auarts.ca and provide us with a poster / flyers, we will print them out for the fair!
