• Completing this form does not register your child(ren) for the program and does not reserve a space.
• Weekly registrations are processed and confirmed first.
• Weekly registration payments are due on the Tuesday prior to each program week.
Daily Registration Process
• If daily spaces are available after weekly registrations are finalized, families on this interest list will be notified by email on the Wednesday afternoon prior to the program week.
• Daily registration requests will be accepted until Thursday at 5:00 p.m. prior to the program week, or until program capacity has been reached, whichever comes first. The registration form may close earlier if available spaces are filled.
• The email will include instructions and a link to complete a daily registration request. Requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis based on completed submissions.
• If a space is offered, payment via e-transfer will be required to confirm registration. Payment must be received within 24 hours of confirmation.
Important Note:
Drop-in participation is not permitted. All children must be registered in advance for each program week.
We will only contact families if spaces become available for the week(s) selected on this form.
Daily Registration Fees (if spaces become available):
$35.00 per day for the first child
$31.50 per day for each additional sibling (10% sibling discount)
