    Please complete this form to register your Event for the Wellington Jazz Festival, 14-18 October, 2026.

    You'll need to submit one event per Registration Form. If you've got any questions about the 2025 Wellington Jazz Festival or completing this form please email info@jazzfestival.co.nz.

    24 June: Registrations open for Wellington Jazz Festival events
    7 August: Registrations close for Wellington Jazz Festival events
    2 September: Wellington Jazz Festival City Line-Up programme launched online
    14-18 October: Wellington Jazz Festival

    The Wellington Jazz Festival will programme event/s each day of the Festival. 

    Please note: If you participate in the City Line-Up you must share your audience figures with the Wellington Jazz Festival within 10 days of the event's conclusion (see more details in Terms and Conditions).

  • Please upload one or two high quality hero images that best represesents your event. No poster artwork or graphics on the images please. E.g. hero band photo, performance photos, etc. 

    IMPORTANT: Please clearly note the name of the Event and/or Venue in the filename along with any Image credits.

    Landscape images are best (portrait images will be cropped as necessary). Please keep in mind that images will be displayed in black and white on our website.
