2027 Accessibility Sticker Registration
Complete the form below to request an Accessibility Sticker, which helps LVL UP EXPO staff and security identify attendees eligible for accessibility accommodations during the event.If you require assistance from a companion, you may also request one (1) Companion Sticker. Companion Stickers are intended solely to assist the attendee requiring accommodations and do not serve as admission to the event. All companions must possess their own valid event badge.For the best experience, we recommend submitting your request by April 16, 2027.
