Changes & Cancellations
All requested changes, including guest count, event time, or venue location, must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 6 days of the event are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and the purchase of perishable food and supplies.
Saltwater Provisions is not responsible for refunds if a venue, property owner, HOA, condominium association, resort, or other third party prevents, restricts, prohibits, or otherwise interferes with delivery, setup, or service at the event location. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring all necessary permissions and access are obtained prior to the event.
