Once confirmed, you will receive a proposal with pricing (to include optional add-on's listed below), the service agreement, and an invoice with the deposit amount. Once the agreements are signed and the deposit made, the event is officially booked.

Payment & Booking
Next Steps: Once this form is submitted, I will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to discuss your event and answer any questions you may have. You will then receive a proposal and deposit invoice to complete your booking. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received.
I understand a non-refundable deposit is required to book my event.
Changes & Cancellations

All requested changes, including guest count, event time, or venue location, must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will receive a refund of all amounts paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 6 days of the event are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and the purchase of perishable food and supplies.

Saltwater Provisions is not responsible for refunds if a venue, property owner, HOA, condominium association, resort, or other third party prevents, restricts, prohibits, or otherwise interferes with delivery, setup, or service at the event location. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring all necessary permissions and access are obtained prior to the event.
