The Sterile Process Hybrid Program is a 13-week, cohort-based training program. Students progress through the program together while completing assigned coursework on a structured schedule. Designed to prepare students for CRCST certification and entry-level employment through structured coursework, instructor support, and career readiness planning.

Instructor Office Hours: Thursdays, 4:00 PM PST / 6:00 PM CST / 7:00 PM EST (Accomidations can be made for schedule conflicts)
Throughout the program, students complete:
- Assigned readings
- Recorded instructor lectures
- Coursework and knowledge assessments
- Five Instructor-led section review sessions
- Weekly instructor office hours for coursework questions, concept clarification, and exam preparation
- Have the option to enroll in Virtual Skills Days for additional guided skills instruction
Career Readiness Support
Career Readiness Sessions are scheduled individually to provide personalized guidance based on each student's progress and career goals.

- 400-hour planning
- Resume optimization
- Interview preparation
- Career planning
A detailed course schedule, assignment calendar, and instructor session dates will be provided to enrolled students before the program begins.
