The Riverside Community Arts Association (RCAA Gallery) invites artists to submit work for the 5th Annual Art After Dark, a juried exhibition celebrating creativity, innovation, and artistic excellence.
Artists may submit up to three (3) artworks for consideration. Submissions will be reviewed by an independent panel of art professionals and experts. The jury will select artworks based on criteria including originality, technique, presentation, and overall artistic merit. Up to two (2) artworks may be accepted for exhibition.
There is no fee to submit artwork for consideration.
Please note that artwork is not insured by Riverside Community Arts Association, the Barbara and Art Culver Center for the Arts, or any affiliated organization. Artists are responsible for their own insurance coverage if desired.

Artwork Pickup
Artwork may be picked up immediately following the close of Art After Dark on Saturday, October 17, 2026, or during the following gallery hours:

Friday, October 23 | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday, October 24 | 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Sales and Commission
RCAA Gallery will retain a 30% commission on all artwork sales. The artist will receive 70% of the final sale price.
All sales will be processed through RCAA Gallery.
Artist payments will be available for pickup at RCAA Gallery beginning ten (10) days after the event. If preferred, payment may be mailed to the artist. Artists should ensure their contact and mailing information is current at the time of submission.
Artist Submission Guidelines
• Artwork will be accepted at the sole discretion of the Exhibit Committee and Jury Panel. Only accepted artworks will be displayed.
• If artwork is not accepted, artists will receive notification by email prior to the exhibition opening.
• Artists are responsible for delivering and removing artwork during designated gallery hours.
• All artwork must be display-ready, professionally presented, framed when appropriate, wired, and ready to hang or otherwise exhibit. Sawtooth hangers must have a depth of at least 1/4 inch. Dimensions are not to exceed 24" x 24".
• All submitted artwork must be original work created by the submitting artist.
• No artificial intelligence (AI) generated or AI-rendered artwork will be accepted.
• Submitted artwork should be of recent creation and representative of the artist’s current body of work.
• Artwork must be collected no later than one week following the close of the exhibition unless otherwise arranged.
• By submitting artwork, artists grant Riverside Community Arts Association permission to use images of submitted and accepted artwork for marketing, publicity, publication, social media, and promotional purposes.
