    Logistics & Commitment

  • Preparatory Diet — 7 Days Ideal, 3 Days Minimum

    • No spicy, fried, salty, or processed foods. 
    • No alcohol or recreational drugs, including marijuana. 
    • If taking prescription medications, follow the protocol already discussed with Omar before attending. 
    • No dairy, red meat, or pork. 
    • No caffeine or caffeinated supplements. 
    • Raw vegetables, fresh fruits, whole grains, clean proteins. Keep your system light. 
    • Drink a minimum of 2 liters of water per day leading up to the retreat.
    • Abstain from all sexual activity to cultivate an energy field most receptive to the medicines. 
    • Do not fast. Eat normally within these guidelines.
    • Limit exposure to negative media and draining environments.
    • Maintain the prep diet for 3 to 7 days after the retreat to deepen integration.

  • PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

    RESERVATION & DEPOSIT

    A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your place in this retreat. Your spot is not confirmed until your depoist has been received and acknowldeged in writing by Journey Home Colorado Team.

    FULL PAYMENT

    The remaining balance is due in full no later than 30 days prior to the retreat start date (July 28, 2026). Failure to submit full payment by this date may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund of the deposit.

    CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

    We understand that life circumstances change. The following schedule applies to all cancellation requests, which must be submitted in writing to your Journey Home point of contact:

     30-59 days before retreat  Full refund minus the $500 deposit
    15-29 days before retreat  50% of total amount paid refunded
     14 days or fewer before retreat  No refund

     

    Please note:

    The deposit is non-refundable except in the case of cancellations received 60 or more days prior to the retreat.

    All refunds are calculated based on the date of your written cancellation request.

    This policy ensures we can protect the integrity of the retreat container and cover expenses already incurred on your behalf.

     

    TRANSFERS

    If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another eligible participant at no charge, provided the transfer is requested at least 21 days before the retreat and the incoming participant completes all required intake and screening processes. Transfers within 21 days are subject to approval and a $100 transfer fee.

    RETREAT CANCELLATION BY JOURNEY HOME COLORADO

    In the unlikely event that Journey Home Colorado cancels a retreat due to circumstnaces beyond our control (including but not limited to force majeure, facilitator emergency or insufficient enrollment), all participants will receive a full refund of amounts paid or the option to transfer to a future retreat date. Journey Home Colorado is not responsible for travel, accomodation or other costs incurred by participants.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    Accepted payment methods will be communicated upon registration.  All payments must be made in USD.

  • I confirm that I am able to pay the $500 non-refundable deposit upon acceptance.*
  • I confirm that I am able to pay the full balance by Tuesday, July 28, 2026.*
  • I confirm I will attend the pre-retreat group call on August 20, 2026 at 5pm MST.*
  • I confirm I will attend the post-retreat integration call on September 3, 2026 at 6pm MST.*
