  • Important Dates

    • All Packages and Registration Fees are Non-Refundable.
    • Regsitration Fee, $200, is due no later than July 5, 2026, and this pre-registration opportunity is only for those of us who traveled to Ghana.
    • Registration for the public, the ones who didn't go to Ghana, will open no later than July 6, 2026.
    • The payments for the travel packages will start for everyone, including you, August 15, 2026. 
    • As far as the tentative date, June 7-18, 2026, for the trip, there might be an alternative date of 1-2 days on the front and/or back end. The date depends on how many people register for the trip and what's available via the airline, hotel, and/or excursions. 

  • Registration Fee: A $200 non-refundable registration fee is due by July 15, 2026. The registration fee will be applied towards your package cost.

  • The packages are limited and those who are first to register will be the first on the list: 

    1. No Airfare Packages 

    • 20 No Airfare Packages are Available; You are responsible for booking your own airfare. 

    2. With Airfare Packages

    • 30 VIP (Economy Class Airfare) Packages Available 
    • 10 VIP Plus (Economy Comfort or Mixed Cabin Class) Packages Available
    • 20 Luxury (Business Class Airfare) Available

     

    Also, please be prepared to pay for luggage. More information is forthcoming when an airline is chosen for our trip.

  • All packages and registration fees are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy in case an emergency prevents you from traveling.

  • Registration Payment Instructions: 

    • You may send your non-refundable registration fee ($200) via CashApp -  $svickers208 - to complete your initial agreement and secure your spot. The $200 will be applied towards your travel package. 
    • Be sure to include your full name in the payment note and keep your payment confirmation for your records.
    • Again, the first full payment is due August 15, 2026.
    • There will be a $25 late charge for monthly payments if the payment is made after the 25th of the month. 
    • Please be reminded, if you make a late payment, there could be an increase in your package plan if you make a payment more than 30 days after the due date. 
  • Should be Empty:
