    The Marketing Board Member is responsible for building and maintaining the club's brand presence across all platforms. This role drives student engagement, promotes events, and grows the club's visibility both on campus and across the Southeastern Collegiate Billiards League (SECBL) network. As Head of Marketing, you'll lead the club's brand presence, social media, and promotional campaigns, growing our reach across GSU and the Southeastern Collegiate Billiards League.   • Key Responsibilities
    • Social Media Management: manage and grow @pantherpoolgsu Instagram, create and schedule engaging posts, develop Stories/Reels, monitor engagement metrics, respond to DMs/comments
    • Video Content Creation: film and edit promotional videos for events/tournaments/recruitment, create highlight reels from competitive matches, produce video ads for Instagram/Facebook/TikTok
    • Print & Digital Design: design flyers for campus distribution and digital posting, create event promo materials (posters, table tents, banners), develop branded graphics, maintain brand consistency
    • Campaign Development: plan and execute marketing campaigns for major events, coordinate promotional timelines with the Event Coordinator and board, track campaign effectiveness
    • Brand Management: maintain consistent visual identity, develop brand guidelines, collaborate with sponsors on co-branded content
  • Time Commitment & Reporting
    • Estimated 5-8 hours per week, higher during major events and tournament weeks
    • Board meeting attendance required (weekly/bi-weekly)
    • Expected attendance at major club events for content capture
    • Reports to the Club President; collaborates with the Event Coordinator, Fundraising Head, VP, and full board
