Postage where required will be included in the total price.

If you want the item to be personalised with a name, initals or a date, there is a $10 surcharge.

Changing the external colour is free.

If you want detailed personalisations and customisations, they require manual pricing, so the price given at the foot of this form will be an estimate only. I will review your request and confirm the final price before work begins. 

Most Classic Book Boxes are completed within approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on current orders. Because each piece is handmade, small variations in colour, finish and detailing are part of the process.

I will send a photo when your Book Box is completed. Full payment is required before posting or handover.

Terms: This item is handmade, so slight variations are to be expected. Custom orders are non-refundable once work has commenced unless the item is faulty. A photo will be sent for approval before final payment is due. Items will be posted or available for pickup after final payment has been received

Your deposit is 30% of the price of your Book Box.

If you have requested customisations, please still pay the deposit amount. Amendments to the price will be made once I have reviewed your order and provided you with a revised, solid price.
