Section D - Attestation
As the party undertaking this application to be assessed under the Grain Storage Assets and Management Standard (Standard), as the nominee for the business named above, I hereby certify and agree to the following: details on this application and supporting material providing evidence of eligibility are true and correct; if operating as a Registered Establishment, the company agrees to all terms and conditions under that registration; I am authorised to provide this information on behalf of the applicant; the information may be used by GTA and authorised officers for assessment, with GTA having discretion to approve or decline; the material remains confidential per the Privacy Act except as needed for assessment and ongoing activities; GTA may share relevant material with the Plant Exports Branch (or other relevant areas) of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) for verification relating to export activities or Registered Establishment status; if approved, the company will maintain accreditation and comply with all relevant elements of the Standard and notify GTA and/or DAFF of major variations; if approved, the company agrees to be named on a public list of accredited companies maintained by GTA; the company will assist GTA and DAFF to conduct periodic oversight and ad-hoc verification audits; the company authorises GTA Approved Auditors only, and DAFF where relevant, to audit the company; the company will allow DAFF or its authorised persons to access premises for trading partner visits, investigations and observing normal business activities as related to Export Control Laws; the company will permit GTA to provide DAFF copies of all audit reports on request; the company will abide by decisions reasonably made by GTA and/or DAFF and use the Complaints Handling Policy where it disagrees; the company agrees GTA and/or DAFF may modify, suspend or cancel accreditation for serious breach or non-compliance, fraud, aiding unapproved operators, suspension or revocation of export registration by DAFF, or unrectified critical/major non-compliances; the company will use the GTA Decision Review Procedure to dispute decisions; the company will manage its own costs relating to the Standard; and the company provides an indemnity in favour of GTA against all claims arising from its eligibility, representations, acts or omissions, or misrepresentations.
