• Community Display Program Application Form

  • We invite local community groups, charities, schools, and not-for-profit organisations to apply for a complimentary casual lease space, at Woodvale Boulevard Shopping Centre. This initiative supports community engagement, fundraising, awareness, and local connection.

    Successful applicants will be allocated a designated activation space within the centre once per month, for a maximum of three days, subject to approval and availability.

    This is normally a hired and paid space; however, it is being offered free of charge as part of this community program.

  • Please note that successful applicants are responsible for supplying and setting up all materials required for their activation, including display stands, banners, signage, and any other equipment. (Woodvale Boulevard tables and chairs are subject to availability.)

    All setups must remain within the allocated footprint and comply with centre safety and operational requirements. Applicants should ensure their display is self-contained, professional in presentation, and suitable for a public retail environment.
