2.1. Liability Waiver & Stylist Structure* This field is required.
I acknowledge that hairstyling outcomes vary naturally based on individual hair texture, density, and lifestyle. I understand that all stylists at Sapphire Loc & Twist Studio operate as independent professional contractors, and I explicitly waive the right to pursue civil or legal action against the studio entity, its management, or its affiliates for services rendered.

2.2. Financial Policy & Cancellation Enforcement* This field is required.
I agree that all consultation fees, booking retainers, and completed services are strictly non-refundable. I acknowledge the strict 24-hour cancellation policy and understand that arriving over 15 minutes late incurs a $20 tardy fee, while no-shows incur a mandatory $35 fee. I accept that the salon is a cashless environment for deposits, and a standard $3 processing fee applies to digital card transactions.

I understand that Sapphire Loc & Twist Studio maintains an intimate, quiet luxury environment and that only the client actively receiving services may be present in the studio (no extra guests or children allowed). I consent to the capture of photos and videos of my hair transformation for promotional and quality-assurance purposes, unless I explicitly opt-out with my stylist prior to service initialization.

2.5. No Warranty Matrix & Third-Party Extension Restrictions* This field is required.
I explicitly acknowledge that natural hair manipulation, lock micro-settling, budding, and structural expansion are organic processes that vary naturally by individual hair density, texture, and daily home care. Consequently, Sapphire Loc & Twist Studio provides no structural warranties or satisfaction guarantees on any completed studio services. I understand that all fees, deposits, and retainers are strictly non-refundable, and subjective dissatisfaction does not constitute grounds for a refund. Furthermore, I agree that the studio maintains a strict liability gate and will not service, retighten, or maintain any loc extensions unless they were natively installed by a Sapphire Loc & Twist or an affiliated certified/approved loctician. The salon reserves the absolute right to refuse service to any transferred client whose third-party installation does not meet studio structural standards.
