I acknowledge and accept that utilizing The Meadows gym carries inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, illnesses, or potential fatality. I willingly assume all associated risks, such as falls, contact with other participants, and weather conditions like high heat and humidity, fully understanding and appreciating them. I confirm my physical fitness and mental capability for the chosen physical activities. Having comprehensively reviewed this waiver and being fully informed, I consent to participate, acknowledging The Meadows Homeowners Association, its officers, and board members' exemption from any responsibilities, liabilities, demands, or claims stemming from my gym usage. No one under the age of 18 will be permitted unless accompanied by an adult.
