Parade Information and Liability Waiver:
Please note that parade participants must report to the lineup area at the Kingwood Volunteer Fire Department (Buckwheat Festival Grounds) no later than 12:30 p.m. on the day of the parade.
The parade route will begin at Kingwood Elementary School, proceed along Brown Avenue, Tunnelton Street, and Price Street, and conclude on Route 7. The parade will officially begin at 1:30 p.m.

By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge your intent to participate in the parade and agree to assume all risks associated with participation. You further agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Event Planning Committee, its sponsors, volunteers, partnering organizations, officers, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any loss, damage, injury, or accident that may occur as a result of participation in this event.
