Personal Belongings:
For Interior Detail and Full Detail services, please remove most or all personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment. Capo Auto Lab is not responsible for items left inside. Areas with belongings may be skipped or cleaned around.
Water & Power Access:
Capo Auto Lab may require access to a working outdoor water source and electrical outlet. If water or power is not available, please notify us before the appointment. Service may need to be modified or rescheduled.

SERVICE TERMS
Final pricing is confirmed before work begins and may change due to size, condition, pet hair, stains, heavy contamination, biohazards, or additional services.
Detailing improves appearance but does not guarantee restoration to brand-new condition. Some stains, odors, scratches, water spots, oxidation, and contamination may not be fully removable.
Capo Auto Lab is not responsible for pre-existing damage such as scratches, dents, chips, peeling paint, loose trim, cracked glass, torn leather, worn plastics, or electrical/aftermarket accessory issues.
Capo Auto Lab reserves the right to refuse service or charge additional fees for biohazards, bodily fluids, mold, infestation, unsafe conditions, or excessive trash.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to heavy rain, lightning, high wind, extreme weather, or unsafe working conditions.
PHOTO / VIDEO APPROVAL
Yes, Capo Auto Lab may use before-and-after photos/videos for marketing. License plates and personal information will be avoided or blurred when possible.
