Thank you for your interest in our funded spaces at Centre Stage Theatre Academy. We would love to fund everyone but only have limited places available. To help us allocate our funding to those most in need, please complete this form. (Within each form you can only enter a young person into one funding pool, if you would like them to be considered for more than one funding pool please complete this form again. You can only be allocated one form of funding within a 12-month period running January-December, If you are unsuccessful with your application we always encourage reapplication during our next round of applications.) Part Two: A short performance of their choice, this could be a monologue, a poem, a song or dance. It can be 30 seconds to 1 minute in length, please include both parts as one video.
