Requirements: OCAF is seeking arts instructors to offer unique and popular programs for all levels and ages, from elementary to adult students. Instructors can offer one-day workshops, multiple day workshops, weekly classes, and/or weekly camps. The ideal instructor should have experience teaching in a classroom setting in addition to an outstanding artistic portfolio/skill set.
Instructors are needed in visual, literary, and performing arts.
Fees: OCAF has a 35/65 split of tuition fees with the instructor. 65% of fees paid by students are paid to the instructor and the other 35% to OCAF. 100% of materials fees (when applicable) go to the instructor. Instructors should submit an invoice to OCAF once the class/workshop ends. We will provide the invoice template. Instructors decide the tuition fees for their class(es). There is a 20% discount offered to OCAF members so take that into account when deciding on fees.
Next steps: The course submission deadline is November 1st, 2026. Once we receive your proposal, we will contact you if we need more information. You will receive an email regarding your course proposal by November 5th. Please visit https://www.ocaf.com/courses to see the current range of classes taught.
