ENTRY FEES:Team: $200Singles: $50 per person
Teams consist of four members. Singles will be scheduled with four bowlers to a lane. A Round Robin DOUBLES event will be offered using virtual team or singles scores per squad.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of $200 per team must accompany this form. The deposit will reserve the dates and times requested. Groups will be scheduled together ONLY when submitted together. An official entry form will be mailed to the listed team captain. All team spots without official paid entries submitted by DECEMBER 31 will be relinquished.
