Submissions that do not follow the below criteria, or include videos, animations, or interactive elements, will be rejected without review.
Proof of Presenting Author Registration: A valid ticket purchase code for the presenting author is required to submit a poster presentation. An In-person ticket purchase is required for all UK authors invited for poster presentation.
File name: Use the following format (FullName_AbstractNumber) e.g. JohnSmith_RRF_001.
File type: Submit both PDF and PowerPoint. Posters must not contain any videos, animations, or interactive elements.
File size: Less than 1MB. Orientation: Landscape orientation required; aspect ratio is 16:9 (widescreen), if this is not followed your poster will be rejected. You may use the official poster template sent in the notification email, but are not penalised for using your own design if orientation and aspect ratio are correct.

Contents: The heading should indicate the title of the paper, author(s), institution, and location. Include the RRF logo at the top right-hand corner of the poster. Please confirm your acceptance as the presenting author by completing the form and uploading your poster presentation by 14th September 2026, 23:59 (BST).
