Here's how the raffle will work:
Operators will receive points using our mobile app for completing actions in the mobile app. We will also have some fundraising activities that we may use contributed raffle items toward.
AHF will list the items donated, and from which company, for operators to review. Once we have a final list of winners we will let operators select which items they wish to win based on their ranking, or the game they won. The number of operators we distribute to will depend on how many raffle prizes we receive.
The game, and points collection, will run from the time the mobile app opens until the end of the tradeshow on Saturday.
We will include a list of companies and raffle prizes in the app and other key locations so operators know what is up for grabs!
You may donate a "package of items" but for ease of distribution, we will give all your items away as "one package" to one operator.
How are items distributed to operators?
Most items should be distributed by the vendor directly to the operator. We recommend planning to mail anything too large to fit in a suitcase, and if you cannot find the operator. AHF will connect you with the winning operator to provide them with your raffle prize.
AHF staff are unable to receive and distribute large items on your behalf.
