Upon completion, an invoice for payment will be created based on the preferences you have outlined below. Session run Tuesday & Thursday or Saturday, 60 minutes/day, Eastern Time. Instruction is virtual. Placement is based on your child's grade and is subject to availability. If you are enrolling multiple children, simply complete this form once for each child.
