• 4-H Nature Day Camp at Curt Gowdy

    Join us for a day of outdoor fun and adventure in collaboration with the Laramie County Conservation District! the 4-H Nature Day Camp will be held at Twin Lakes Shelter from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The registration fee is $25 per participant and includes all activity materials, lunch, and a camp T-shirt. The camp is open to youth of all ages; however, enrollment is limited to 30 participants, including 10 Cloverbuds and 20 members in all other age divisions. Families registering multiple youth should complete a separate registration for each participant.

    • Activity D: All About Wildlife (Cloverbuds Only)

    12:00PM-1:30PM

    • Lunch and Outdoor Cooking Workshop
    • Solar-Oven S'Mores

    1:45PM-2:30PM

    • Activity E: Macroinvertabrates
    • Activity F: Fishing (Please bring your own poles if possible)

    2:45PM-4:00PM

    • Tie-Dye T-Shirts & Fishing (Please bring your own poles if possible)
  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION. PLEASE READ:

    • Cloverbuds are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the camp. All other ages are allowed to be dropped off. Vehicle passes will be available. Please see a 4-H Educator on the day of the event.
    • IF DROPPED OFF, ALL CHILDREN MUST BE PICKED UP BY 4:00PM.
    • For safety reasons, 4-H members will not be permitted to play in, swim in, or otherwise be submerged in the water during camp activities. Any water-related activities outside of the scheduled fishing program must be supervised directly by a parent or guardian. 4-H assumes responsibility only for organized fishing activities and is not responsible for any other water-related activities.
  • For Senior Age Division Only: Do your child have a valid Wyoming Fishing License? (If they are 18, they will need an adult license)
