Number of Pool Passes Authorized
A resident may only share the number of pool passes that are registered to their unit. The total number of passes used by the receiving resident may not exceed the number of valid pool passes assigned to the authorizing unit.
Acknowledgement and Disclaimer

By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I am voluntarily allowing another resident and their guests to access the pool using my unit's pool privileges while I am not present at the pool.
2. I understand that the resident receiving this authorization and any individuals using my pool passes will be considered my guests for purposes of pool rule enforcement.
3. I accept responsibility for the conduct and actions of any person using my pool access privileges.
4. I understand that violations of pool rules by the authorized resident or their guests may result in disciplinary action against my unit, including but not limited to warnings, suspension of pool privileges, fines, or other enforcement actions permitted by the Association's governing documents and rules.
5. I understand that this authorization may be revoked by the Association at any time if pool rules are violated or if the Association determines that the arrangement is creating operational or safety concerns.
6. I certify that the information provided on this form is accurate and complete.
