Consent Grant
The Organization grants:
- To Pledge, the written consent required by applicable state law, including HRS §467B-2.3H, to:
- List and display the Organization's name, logo, and publicly available mission statement in Pledge's charity directory and on its donation forms where donors select the recipients of their grants;
- Enable donations to the Organization through Pledge, including donations initiated by donors or third-party fundraisers who have designated the Organization as a beneficiary; and
- Display the Organization's name and logo as the grant recipient in Pledgeling Foundation's emailed donation receipts;
- To Pledgeling Foundation, the written consent required by applicable state law, including HRS §467B-2.3H, to collect and disburse charitable funds raised through the Pledge platform.
The activities above are subject to Pledge's terms and fee disclosures at https://www.pledge.to/terms, which Pledgeling Foundation has adopted by reference.
Withdrawal of Consent
The Organization may withdraw consent at any time by emailing written notice to legal@pledgeling.com. Pledge will confirm receipt by email within two business days; if no confirmation is received within that period, the Organization should contact Pledge via https://help.pledge.to to verify delivery. Notice is effective upon such confirmation, after which Pledge will remove the Organization from its charity directory and Pledgeling Foundation will stop accepting donations for regrant to the Organization, each within five business days. Withdrawal does not affect donations already collected and designated for regrant to the Organization.
Good Standing Representation
The Organization represents, to the best of the Authorized Representative's knowledge, that it is not currently prohibited from soliciting charitable contributions in any state where it operates. If this “good standing” status changes, the Organization will provide notice within five business days by emailing legal@pledgeling.com.
