Midnight Sky Retreats Participant Agreement

Thank you for choosing to attend a Midnight Sky Retreat. Our goal is to provide a safe, relaxing, and memorable experience for every guest. Please read the following carefully.

Payment & Transfer Policy
The retreat fee is $700 per participant for Early Bird pricing if purchased by August 1st, 2026. After August 1st, 2026, the cost will go up to $750 per person.

A payment plan is available for those who choose not to pay in full at the time of registration.

All payments made toward a retreat are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from Midnight Sky Retreats. Transfer requests must be made 14 days before the scheduled retreat date.

If Midnight Sky Retreats cancels the retreat for any reason, participants will receive the option of a full refund or a credit toward a future retreat.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in retreat activities—including but not limited to outdoor recreation, boating, fishing, hiking, campfires, games, wellness activities, transportation during scheduled activities, and other recreational events—may involve inherent risks.

I voluntarily choose to participate in all activities and accept full responsibility for my participation.

Medical Authorization
In the event of illness or injury during the retreat, I authorize Midnight Sky Retreats to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf if I am unable to do so.

I understand that I am financially responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Midnight Sky Retreats, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, hosts, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, accident, or other claims arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Code of Conduct
I agree to:

• Treat all participants with kindness and respect.

• Respect the retreat property and facilities.

• Follow all safety instructions provided by retreat staff.

• Refrain from behavior that disrupts the retreat experience for others.

Midnight Sky Retreats reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is unsafe, illegal, abusive, or significantly disruptive. No refund will be issued if a participant is dismissed for violating this policy.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all policies and acknowledgments contained in this agreement.
Photo & Video Release- During the retreat, photographs and video recordings may be taken to capture the experience and community of Midnight Sky Retreats. These images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including our website, social media platforms, printed materials, advertisements, and future marketing. Please indicate your preference below:
