• BKCM Adult Jazz Program Application

  • This application is for returning and new students to the BKCM Adult Jazz Program. First-time applicants to a BKCM Adult Jazz Program will be prompted to submit a video audition to complete their application; returning BKCM Adult Jazz Program students do not need to re-audition. 

    New applicants will find audition instructions for each instrument above this form.

  • Financial Aid may be available for students in need who qualify. Requests for financial aid are on a first come first serve basis. We encourage you to apply early if financial aid is required.
