Dance LYFE Liability Waiver & Non-Refund Policy
By registering for and participating in Dance LYFE classes, I acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Dance LYFE LLC, its owner, instructors, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from injury, illness, accident, or loss that may occur during or as a result of participation, except where prohibited by law.
I certify that I (or my child) am physically able to participate in dance activities
and understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician if I have any health concerns.
Non-Refund Policy: All tuition, registration fees, class fees, workshops, camps, and special event payments are non-refundable. Missed classes, withdrawals, or dismissals do not qualify for refunds or credits unless otherwise approved in writing by Dance LYFE.
