By completing this registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Belle Meade Mansion, Southern Lunch & Historic Franklin Experience Agreement, along with the LynMA Sunshine Sisters Adventure Club Rules, Member Agreement, and Participation Policies.
This event is intended for approved LynMA Sunshine Sisters Adventure Club members. Registration and participation are subject to Sunshine Sisters approval, Club eligibility, payment completion, event policies, vendor requirements, and participation guidelines.
Your reservation is not confirmed until your completed registration form and full payment have been received and accepted by LynMA Events and Travel.
Experience Expectations
This is a privately organized, hosted Sunshine Sisters day trip.
This experience includes a guided tour of Belle Meade Mansion, a chef-prepared three-course plated lunch, optional complimentary wine tasting, time to explore the Belle Meade grounds and gift shop, and free time to shop and explore Historic Downtown Franklin.
Some portions of the day may be self-guided or independent, including shopping, personal purchases, optional wine tasting, coffee stops, restroom breaks, and drive-yourself transportation if selected.
Participants are responsible for any personal sensitivities, allergies, dietary restrictions, fragrance sensitivities, mobility needs, medical needs, sensory needs, wheelchair needs, service animal considerations, or personal preferences related to food, beverages, shopping, walking, transportation, or venue environments.
Private Club & Member Eligibility
LynMA Sunshine Sisters Adventure Club is a private membership-based club. Membership and participation are not open to the general public.
This event is intended for approved LynMA Sunshine Sisters Adventure Club members unless otherwise stated in writing.
LynMA Sunshine Sisters Adventure Club is a private, biological women only club for adults ages 21 and older. This means members must be women who were born female and identify as women.
Submitting a registration form or payment does not guarantee participation if membership approval, eligibility, behavior, safety, payment, or policy concerns exist.
Sunshine Sisters admin reserves the right to approve, deny, pause, cancel, or remove participation when needed to protect the safety, privacy, purpose, trust, reputation, and mission of the Club.
Registration & Payment
Charter Bus Package: $189 per sister
Drive Yourself Package: $115 per sister
Full Payment Deadline: immedately
The charter bus will be confirmed on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, based on paid registrations.
The charter bus requires a minimum of 25 paid charter bus guests before the bus option is officially confirmed.
If the minimum number of paid charter bus guests is not reached, participants will be contacted regarding available options, which may include converting to the drive-yourself option or receiving a refund based on recoverable funds.
A registration is not considered complete until the required form and payment have been received and accepted by LynMA Events and Travel.
If payment is not received by the stated deadline, your spot may be released to another approved member or offered to someone on the waitlist.
Pricing, availability, inclusions, schedules, deadlines, and transportation arrangements may change until final vendor and transportation arrangements are confirmed.

🚗 Drive Yourself Package — $115 per sister
Includes:
• Belle Meade Mansion Tour
• Three-course plated Southern lunch
• Optional complimentary wine tasting
• Time at Belle Meade grounds and gift shop
• Historic Franklin shopping and free time
• Sunshine Sisters gift
• Hosted itinerary and coordination
Drive-yourself guests are responsible for their own transportation, parking, directions, fuel, arrival timing, departure timing, road conditions, and personal expenses.
The drive-yourself option does not include a seat on the charter bus.
Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
• Treat others with kindness and respect.
• Follow all venue, charter bus, restaurant, merchant, and safety guidelines.
• Arrive on time according to the final itinerary.
• Avoid disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, inappropriate, or harmful behavior.
• Follow instructions given by the host, charter bus driver, Belle Meade staff, restaurant staff, venue staff, merchants, and other representatives.
• Respect the experience of other members.
Bullying, gossip, harassment, public drama, intentional negativity, unsafe behavior, disruptive behavior, or creating division within the group is not allowed.
The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant, without refund, for unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, inappropriate, or harmful behavior that negatively impacts the experience of others.
Sunshine Sisters admin may deny registration, cancel participation, remove a participant from the event, or restrict future participation if needed to protect member safety, vendor relationships, travel arrangements, group harmony, or the mission of the Club.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Full Payment Deadline: Immediately
Cancellation/Refund Deadline: September 15, 2026
After September 15, 2026, payments are non-refundable unless your reservation can be transferred to another approved guest or your seat can be filled from the waitlist.
Transfers or substitutions are not automatic and must be approved by Sunshine Sisters admin. All substitute participants must be approved members and must complete any required forms, agreements, waivers, and payments before participation is confirmed.
If a refund, credit, or partial refund is approved, it may be reduced by non-refundable vendor costs, transportation costs, payment processing fees, platform fees, administrative costs, planning expenses, and any funds already committed on your behalf.
Belle Meade requires a final guaranteed guest count and meal selections in advance. After October 28, 2026, no guest count changes, cancellations, or meal changes can be made.
Illness, personal schedule changes, weather concerns, traffic delays, late arrival, missed portions of the trip, or choosing not to participate in part of the experience are not eligible for refunds after the cancellation deadline.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the experience, including missed transportation, missed tour time, missed lunch, missed wine tasting, missed shopping time, late arrival, or early departure.
Vendor & Schedule Changes
LynMA Events and Travel and Sunshine Sisters partner with third-party vendors for transportation, attractions, restaurants, venues, merchants, and other services.
Schedules, reservations, timing, transportation, shopping time, venue operations, staffing, services, routes, and availability are subject to change due to traffic, weather, vendor needs, safety concerns, staffing, road conditions, venue changes, illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Reasonable efforts will be made to provide comparable alternatives whenever possible.
LynMA Events and Travel and Sunshine Sisters are not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, closures, service changes, accidents, injuries, losses, fees, or decisions made by third-party vendors or suppliers.
Transportation Disclaimer
This trip offers two transportation options: charter bus from Manchester or drive yourself.
Participants choosing the charter bus are responsible for arriving at the designated departure location on time. The bus cannot wait for late arrivals.
The charter bus does not have a wheelchair lift. Guests selecting the charter bus option must be able to safely climb the bus steps to board and exit the vehicle unless other arrangements have been confirmed in advance.
Drive-yourself participants are responsible for their own transportation, parking, directions, fuel, road conditions, arrival times, departure times, and travel decisions.
LynMA Events and Travel and Sunshine Sisters are not responsible for personal vehicle arrangements, carpool arrangements, traffic delays, accidents, parking issues, road closures, missed arrival times, or transportation-related issues.
Belle Meade Experience
Your Belle Meade experience includes:
• Guided Mansion Tour
• Three-course plated Southern lunch
• Optional complimentary wine tasting
• Time to browse the gift shop and grounds
Participants must follow all Belle Meade Historic Site policies, safety guidelines, staff instructions, arrival procedures, and food service rules.
Belle Meade controls its own schedules, access areas, staffing, food service, gift shop availability, wine tasting procedures, safety rules, and venue operations.
Historic Franklin Visit
Free time in Historic Downtown Franklin is included.
Participants are responsible for their own shopping purchases, coffee, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, and any additional personal expenses.
Store hours, restaurant hours, restroom access, seating, parking, sidewalks, merchant availability, and business operations are controlled by the individual merchants and may vary.
Food Allergies & Dietary Needs
A three-course plated lunch is included with this experience.
Belle Meade will prepare one menu selection for the group. Alternative meals are available only for approved dietary restrictions submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
No same-day meal substitutions, dietary requests, or food adjustments can be accommodated.
While Belle Meade will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions, LynMA Events and Travel and Sunshine Sisters cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contact during food preparation.
Guests with severe food allergies, dietary restrictions, medical needs, or specific food-related concerns are responsible for determining whether the provided accommodations meet their individual needs.
Additional coffee, snacks, desserts, drinks, and personal food purchases in Historic Franklin are not included and are the responsibility of each guest.
Mobility & Accessibility Notice
This experience may include:
• Boarding and exiting a charter bus
• Walking through Belle Meade Mansion
• Walking the historic grounds
• Walking through Historic Downtown Franklin
• Standing during portions of the guided tour
• Uneven sidewalks, stairs, brick walkways, historic surfaces, crowds, limited seating, and outdoor weather exposure
Participants are responsible for determining whether this event is a safe and comfortable fit for their personal mobility, stamina, accessibility, medical, or sensory needs before registering.
Members who need accessibility support, mobility accommodations, wheelchair considerations, or other accommodation considerations should contact Sunshine Sisters admin before registering.
Accessibility, seating, transportation, pathways, restrooms, and accommodations may be controlled by third-party vendors, venues, transportation providers, restaurants, merchants, or attractions.
Service Animal / No Pets Policy
Pets are not permitted on this Sunshine Sisters trip.
Service animals will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the rules of Belle Meade Historic Site, charter transportation providers, Historic Franklin merchants, restaurants, and other third-party venues or suppliers.
For purposes of this event, a service animal generally means a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
Emotional support animals, therapy animals, comfort animals, companion animals, and pets are not considered service animals under the ADA unless otherwise required by applicable law or permitted by a specific venue, vendor, transportation provider, restaurant, attraction, or travel supplier.
If it is not obvious what service the animal provides, Sunshine Sisters admin, venue staff, transportation providers, or vendors may ask only the questions allowed by law:
• Is the animal required because of a disability?
• What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?
Participants will not be asked to provide service animal identification cards, certificates, registration papers, medical records, or training documents where doing so is prohibited by law.
Service animals must remain under the control of their handler at all times and must be housebroken. The handler is responsible for the care, supervision, behavior, toileting, feeding, cleanup, and control of the service animal at all times.
A service animal may be excluded or removed when allowed by law, including when the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, the animal is not housebroken, or the animal creates a legitimate safety concern under applicable venue, vendor, transportation, restaurant, or travel supplier rules.
Participants are responsible for any damages, cleaning charges, vendor charges, transportation charges, or other costs caused by their animal when permitted by law.
Members who plan to attend with a service animal should contact Sunshine Sisters admin before registering so reasonable efforts can be made to coordinate known venue, lunch, transportation, seating, and itinerary considerations in advance.
Alcohol Responsibility
Complimentary wine tasting is optional.
Participants who choose to consume alcohol are responsible for their own decisions, behavior, safety, and compliance with all applicable laws and Belle Meade policies.
Participants choosing the drive-yourself option are fully responsible for making safe and legal transportation decisions if they consume alcohol.
LynMA Events and Travel and Sunshine Sisters are not responsible for alcohol-related decisions, actions, incidents, or consequences involving any participant.
Photos & Promotional Use
Photos and videos may be taken during this Sunshine Sisters event.
By attending, participants understand that photos or videos may be used by LynMA Events and Travel, Sunshine Sisters Adventures, newsletters, websites, social media, marketing materials, and promotional content.
If you do not want to be photographed, please notify Diane or Sunshine Sisters admin before the event begins.
Members should not post, tag, or share unflattering, private, embarrassing, or sensitive photos of other sisters without permission.
Privacy & Safety
Please respect every member’s privacy.
Do not share screenshots, private messages, personal information, member lists, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, or group conversations outside the Club without permission.
Please do not publicly share home addresses, private phone numbers, personal travel details, carpool details, room numbers, emergency contact information, or other private information in the group.
Event Cancellation
LynMA Events and Travel and Sunshine Sisters reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, revise, or adjust this event due to:
• Insufficient participation
• Failure to meet the charter bus minimum
• Safety concerns
• Weather conditions
• Transportation issues
• Vendor issues
• Venue availability
• Road conditions
• Illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances
If LynMA Events and Travel or Sunshine Sisters cancels the event, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a refund or credit based on recoverable vendor funds.
Non-refundable vendor costs, transportation costs, payment processing fees, administrative expenses, planning costs, and expenses already paid on behalf of participants may not be recoverable.
Liability Waiver & Legal Agreement
Participation in this experience involves inherent risks, including but not limited to travel, charter bus transportation, personal vehicle travel, walking, standing, stairs, uneven surfaces, historic properties, weather exposure, crowds, food allergies, optional alcohol consumption, personal illness, injury, property loss, transportation issues, vendor actions, venue conditions, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, service animals, and other known or unknown risks.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with this experience.
You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless LynMA Events and Travel, LynMA Sunshine Sisters Adventure Club, Sunshine Sisters Adventures, Diane Gawrys, event hosts, Belle Meade Historic Site, charter transportation providers, Historic Franklin merchants, restaurants, venues, attractions, and all third-party vendors from claims, damages, losses, injuries, expenses, or liabilities arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Participants are responsible for their own health, medications, mobility needs, dietary needs, transportation decisions, personal belongings, personal property, and participation choices.
Participants confirm they are:
• 21 years of age or older
• An approved LynMA Sunshine Sisters Adventure Club member or understand participation is subject to approval
• Physically able to participate in the selected experience
• Responsible for their own health, safety, mobility, medical needs, and personal decisions
• Responsible for reviewing all event information before registering
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
By agreeing to these terms, you agree to contact LynMA Events and Travel or Sunshine Sisters admin directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim.
A chargeback or payment dispute may affect future event participation, trip registration, membership access, or waitlist eligibility.
Admin Rights & Final Decision Authority
Sunshine Sisters admin has final authority over membership approval, event participation, trip registration, refunds, credits, removals, waitlists, exceptions, and interpretation of these rules.
Decisions may be made privately and may not always be discussed publicly in order to protect member privacy, safety, vendor relationships, event integrity, and the mission of the Club.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in Coffee County, Tennessee.
If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Agreement Confirmation
By agreeing below, you confirm that you have carefully read, understand, and voluntarily accept all terms and conditions contained in this Belle Meade Mansion, Southern Lunch & Historic Franklin Experience Agreement.
I understand that LynMA Sunshine Sisters Adventure Club is a private, biological women only club for adults ages 21 and older. This means members must be women who were born female and identify as women.
I agree to follow the LynMA Sunshine Sisters Adventure Club Rules, Member Agreement, and Participation Policies, along with all event-specific terms, payment policies, cancellation policies, vendor rules, safety guidelines, and participation requirements for this trip.
I certify that the information I provided is truthful, accurate, and complete.
I understand that membership and event participation are privileges, not guarantees, and that Sunshine Sisters admin may deny, cancel, remove, or restrict participation if needed to protect the safety, privacy, purpose, trust, reputation, or mission of the Club.
This agreement is binding upon me and my heirs, assigns, and personal representatives.
