2026 District Officer Training (DOT) Registration

This registration form is required for all Washington State FFA members and advisors that plan to participate in the 2026 FFA District Officer Training event.
REGISTRATION DETAILS

District Officer Training (DOT) is a summer training hosted by the 2025-2026 State Officer team for district officers from each of the 9 FFA districts in Washington State. Up to 2 district advisors may attend DOT. However, only the costs for hotel rooms for the 6 district officers will be covered by the Washington FFA Foundation. Registration is to be completed by DISTRICT ADVISORS ONLY and will close on July 1, 2025. If you have any questions please contact Tamara Whitcomb at tamara@washingtonffa.org.

Event Location: Wenatchee, WA

Event Dates: July 29-31

Start Time: Tuesday morning

End Time: Thursday early afternoon

Hotel Location: Springhill Suites by Marriott in Wenatchee, WA

DOT PROGRAM INFORMATION:

Washington FFA Foundation will cover program supplies and meals for district officers and advisors (Lunch/Dinner on July 29th, Lunch/Dinner on July 30th, Lunch on July 31st), plus snacks. Breakfast will be provided at the hotel.

A daily attire schedule will also be emailed, but please pack appropriate summer attire (no tank tops, appropriate length shorts, etc.) and the state staff reserves the right to ask you to change. You are representing yourself, your chapter, and Washington FFA so please dress in a manner that reflects the highest level of pride. Please pack Official Dress for pictures and the panel dinner, as well as a reusable water bottle.

Additional information about hotel rooms, schedule & packing details will be emailed out at a later time. A waiver form must be completed for each district officer by a parent or guardian. Waiver forms can be accessed electronically on the Washington FFA website.
