  • Welcome to the 2026 Fall Festival Team Application!

    Our Fall Festival is the biggest season of the year at Swans Trail Farms, and we're excited you're interested in joining our team!

    Before you apply, please note:

    • Applicants must be 14 years old by August 1, 2026.
    • Applications open July 1 for returning team members and July 6 for new applicants.
    • Orientation Night is required unless you receive advance approval to be absent.
    • Completion of all required training is a condition of employment. Training dates and requirements will be communicated before the season.
    • At Swans Trail Farms, every position is a guest service position. We're looking for team members who enjoy interacting with people, smile often, stay engaged, take initiative, and help create the friendly, welcoming experience we're known for.

    The application will automatically adjust based on your age (14–17 or 18+) and whether you're a returning or new applicant.

    Every department at Swans Trail Farms plays an important role in creating an amazing experience for our guests. No matter where you work, you'll interact with visitors, answer questions, offer assistance, and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

    Please read through each department below, then rank them in order of where you'd most enjoy working. We'll do our best to place you in one of your preferred departments, but final placement is based on your availability, strengths, and the needs of the farm.

     

    Admissions

    Be one of the first smiles our guests see! Admissions team members welcome guests, scan tickets, answer questions, provide directions, and help create a great first impression as families begin their day at the farm.

    Great for: Friendly, outgoing people who enjoy talking with guests and making people feel welcome.


    Attractions

    Help families make unforgettable memories! You'll operate attractions, explain rules, monitor safety, encourage guests, and keep the fun going throughout the day.

    Great for: Energetic people who enjoy staying active, interacting with guests, and helping children and families have fun.


    Animals

    Help guests enjoy time with our friendly farm animals! Animal team members assist with the chick holding experience, help guests interact safely with our goats and other farm animals, answer questions, and help create a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for every guest.

    Responsibilities also include keeping animal areas clean throughout the day, including routine cleanup, so our animals have a clean, comfortable environment and our guests have a great experience.

    Great for: Friendly, patient people who enjoy interacting with guests, don't mind getting a little dirty, and take pride in keeping both our animals and guest areas clean, safe, and welcoming.

     

    Cashier

    Be the friendly face that helps guests complete their purchase. You'll greet guests, answer questions, operate a register, process transactions accurately, and help keep lines moving while providing outstanding customer service.

    Great for: Friendly, outgoing people who enjoy interacting with guests, paying attention to detail, and providing excellent customer service.

     

    Country Store

    Help guests find the perfect souvenir, gift, or farm favorite to take home. You'll greet guests, answer questions, restock merchandise, operate a register, and help create a fun shopping experience.

    Great for: Friendly, organized people who enjoy helping guests and paying attention to detail.


    Food Services

    Serve some of our guests' favorite farm treats! Responsibilities may include preparing food, serving guests, operating a register, restocking supplies, keeping your area clean, and working together as a fast-paced team to provide excellent customer service.

    Great for: Friendly team players who enjoy staying busy, working with others, and creating a great guest experience.


    Parking

    Help guests start their visit on the right foot! You'll direct traffic, guide guests to parking areas, answer questions, and help keep vehicles moving safely and efficiently.

    Great for: Positive, confident people who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and interacting with guests.


    Utility

    Utility team members help keep the entire farm running smoothly by supporting departments wherever help is needed. Responsibilities may include cleaning and stocking restrooms, emptying trash, setting up and cleaning guest areas, restocking supplies, assisting with special projects, and helping other departments throughout the day.

    Utility is one of the most important teams on the farm, helping ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and welcoming experience.

    Great for: Dependable, hardworking people who enjoy staying busy, taking initiative, and helping wherever they're needed.
