    • FEES AND PAYMENT

      • Fees applied are in accordance with the Shire of Harvey's adopted fees and charges
      • Full payment is required at the time of confirmation in order to secure placement
      • Fees cannot be transferred to other families.
      • Fees can be transferred to subsequent terms subject to a doctor’s certificate being provided.

      GENERAL

      • We are an endorsed watch around water facility. Parents need to remain in the centre while their child is participating in swimming lessons unless the child is 12 years of age or over. Parents/guardians acknowledge that unaccompanied children over 12 years are subject to normal centre policy and are free to leave the facility of their own accord.

      • Please ensure your child arrives on time and lines up for their lesson so the instructor can provide maximum teaching time for all students. Teachers are not responsible for finding children for their lesson. Class times operate on the clock on the wall above the spa.

      • Parents are required to pay for themselves, and all children over 5 years of age not scheduled for lessons, to swim recreationally.

      MISSED OR CANCELLED LESSONS

      • Make up lessons are not available for Holiday Swim.

      • If your child is unable to attend due to illness, you may be eligible for a class credit. A Doctor's Certificate and completed Credit Request Form must be submitted within 7 days of the missed lesson. Credit requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis

      • Credits will remain on your family account for up to 12 months. Any unused credit after this time will be forfeited.

       KIDSPORT

      • Kidsport funding can be used towards holiday swim payments.
      • Kidsport voucher must be presented to the swim school administration prior to the commencement of the holiday swim program.
      • Refunds or makeup lessons are not available where kidsport payment is used.
