HopeSprouts 2026: Charity Carnival (Booth Application)
š± Welcome to HopeSprouts!
HopeSprouts is a ground-up charity carnival started by three friends: Annabelle, Fiona and Juwi, who simply wanted to do something meaningfulĀ and give back to society. 100% of all proceeds, including booth fees and sales, will go directly to charity.
Date & Time: Sunday, 15 November 2026 | 1:00pm ā 6:00pm

Booth fees: $10 (also donated to charity)
Weāre inviting individuals, families, and small businesses to join us in this community effort.
You can set up a booth to sell:
Art & handmade crafts
Preloved items in good, clean, usable condition
Commercial products
š We expect a family-friendly crowd including children, parents and caregivers.
āļø Important Note: Submitting this form does not confirm your booth. After reviewing your registration, weāll reach out via email or WhatsApp with payment instructions. Your booth will only be confirmed once payment is received.
