All About Alba :
Alba was surrendered to us after having a seizure when she was very young. After thorough investigations with our vet team we can confidently say we think this has been a one off occurrence and she has been given the all clear from our vet as a healthy and happy puppy.

If successful Alba will need to be collected by the adopted from Birmingham or Telford

I give my consent for Midlands Cleft Rescue to gather, process / store my personal data and use my personal data in decision making relating to adoption of a dog. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any point.
The information I have supplied in this application is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
All pups leave fully health checked by our vet, with minimum first vaccinations, microchipped and a neutering contract in place. Adoption fee is £650.
