ICTC's Industrial AI & Innovation Bootcamps are an 8-week program available to both employers and students that provide skills training on AI fundamentals, sector-specific applications (if applicable), agentic AI, and using AI in robotics and industrial Internet of Things (IoT) environments. The free bootcamps create a practical pathway for employers to develop AI capability in-house, working alongside their student hires to accelerate AI adoption and support digital transformation initiatives. Ideally, both a management representative from your business and your student hire(s) would participate in the bootcamp at the same time to maximize and support each other's learnings.

Eligible employers should:

• Have a registered business or not-for-profit organization in Canada
• Be highly motivated to explore and adopt practical AI solutions within their organization
• Be prepared to collaborate with team member(s) and student hire(s) on a workplace AI project for eight weeks, approximately 8–10 hours per week
• Have student hire(s) supported through ICTC’s WIL Digital program

These Bootcamps are ideal for small- to medium-sized, revenue-generating organizations with 50–200 employees that are highly motivated to explore and adopt practical AI solutions within their organizations.
